There is a water leak running along the wall from the bathroom to the ceiling in the dining room downstairs. I think some expanding foam might do the job if sprayed under the basin. Previously when this happened I used silicone to stop the leak but I am too far away now to do it myself. Please quote me a price for fixing. You can go an take a look before pricing it.
