Remove old items - bath, sink, toilet, wall cover (waterproof mock tile over bath)
Install simple shower with large walk in cubical (inc low profile tray)
Install new sink and toilet
Tile to wet areas
Make good and Paint / decorate rest of walls and ceiling
Flooring tbc
