I am having a wooden floor fitted and redecorating two ground floor rooms. I need the floor levelling in both rooms and may want the walls in both rooms skimming. We will also be fitting two new radiators and adding in a new plug socket.
One room is carpeted, we want to keep this and use it upstairs, the second room has a laminate floor, this will need to be disposed of.
Rooms measure roughly 3m x 4m each.
