Job description
Variety of odd jobs that need to be done:
1) Trimming down of neighbour overhand trees and general garden tidy up
2) painting of fences (garden size approx 10m x 3m)
3) painting of external window and door frames and roof skirts (2 bedroom house total of 6 windows, 2 doors and roof skirt)
4) tile repair in kitchen - a few tiles are chipped or cracked - looking for possible epoxy repair
5) tile re-adhesive in bathroom - a few tiles are loose and moving in the bathroom which need to be re-glued
6) one radiator needs to be replaced
7) resealing of sealants in bathroom and kitchen
8) front garden deweeding and tiles to be jet washed and those that have moved to be put back in the right place
