Block/pave 3 car driveway and prepare a base and retaining wall for a detached shed

We have a concrete driveway which need to have the existing concrete removed, which we want redone in either resin (preferred) or paving blocks. A section of the driveway will be a 300mm base for a 3x4 shed (approved with the plans, can email the copy) shed will be lower than the driveway and drainage is needed around the shed;quoting does not include shed, only the base for a heavy shed and a retaining wall. A section of the flowerbed approx 4m long needs to have its wall done with bricks. We are having an extension at the moment and the builder will dig the soakway in this driveway so whoever is interested will have to coordinate with him and his team.
